Refund policy

Your happiness is Your True North’s top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, or within 30 days for a store credit or exchange. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, Your True North, LLC cannot accept returns on hair accessories, hats, sunglasses, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, socks, and/or tights due to sanitary reasons. 

Gift Cards, Discounted, Sale and Final Sale/Clearance category items are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 

Your True North, LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 

Your True North, LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns.

RETURN DETAILS

  • Returned items must have original tags attached.
  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging (unworn/unwashed).
  • Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Your True North, LLC will credit your account within 14 business days and it will show up on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
  • If you are returning a gift accompanied by a gift receipt, a store credit will be issued.
  • Returned items will not be accepted after 14 days from date of purchase.
  • Refund will not be granted if item(s) has any sign of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
  • Please note that any item smelling of cigarettes, detergent, or perfume; has make-up on or pet hair will not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by Your True North, LLC.

Complete the return form and include it inside all boxes you are returning. Securely repackage your items.
