Recommend sizing up one size from your true to size. When I buy a regular unisex tee, I normally buy a large. The large in this tee ran was too small, running too tight across my mid-section and bust line. I sized up to the XL. It truly was a perfect fit. I also put on the 2XL. I had a bit more room as well as length. In jeans, I wear a 13/14.
